Most city authorities are affected by a challenge of gabge in these cities where by people simply dump where they come across much money has been injected but this is usually misused by middle authorities with no or less work done so i thought of an idea to use blockchain through use of gabge tokens where by people would earn tokens through keeping their gabge and collecting the gabge from streets where by on collecting this gabge those holding the gabge would earn tradable tokens basing on the amount of gabge stored and treatment of this gabge this would encourage and motivate particiption to earn more thus keeping the city clean and safe these tokens would be tradable or used for access of some public servives like health,education using the earned tokens
