There has been a problem of loss of records of some companies like schools , hospitals and others in my area and this is due to use of poor methods of record keeping such as keeping of records in files and these files can be spoilt at any time by say water of fire and to add on it, they can be accessed at any time by the authorities and the information can be changed to the wish of the central authorities. Therefore with the use of the block chain to keep records the information kept on it cannot be manipulated due to its immutability feature, and to add on it none controls it as a central authority thus reducing that risk of changing the information by the authorities since the block chain is decentralised

There is a challenge of unfulfilled responsiblities by both the emmpoyers and the employees or i can say not working according to what was agred upon in the contract of work thus leadining to cnfilcts . Threfore with the use of block chain smart contacts in writing empoyment contracts would help us reduce this because now the the terms of the contract are made clear on the block chain which improves fairness and they are made transparent to both th employer and the emploee thus cannot be chaged in ones favour and this is most especially the employer. . Therefore this one heps in improving eplyer-employee relationship
Hello , thanks for the submission. Using the block chain in doing employment contracts can help improve on the welfare of workers due to fairlure of the employers not providing what is required by the employee as stated in the contract. This is so because at times employees write contacts of which they are kept with employers and left with no copies thus making employees do what they want. Therefore with the use of the blockchain , now everything would nbe systematic and every step of agreenment is syored on the block hain and can be retrieved at any time of need most especially if one of the parties donot work according to the agreement
A decentralized academiic records application.There is a lot of fraud when it comes to academic certificates where by certificates are forged to reflect a different score than the one obtained by the student.My application tends to solve this by making sure all the test scores and examrecords of the individual is stored in a decentralized system so that employers or scholarship boards or schools abroad can verify and check the validity of the results a candidate sends to them.there are a number of reasons why these need to be on a blockchain.Some of them is because.(i)Once the records enter they are immutable so no one can change it,these helps builds trust.(ii)For easy and faster verification of results.When I applied for National Service in Ghana with my Nigerian certificate ,there was no system in place for them to verify whether my results was original or not so i had to wait for the "board" to decide and this took days and a lot of money.I was not even posted to where I was supposed to because of the delay.If there was a decentralized system where my academic records were with the digital signature of my school and me ,I could have just given them my ID and grant them access to my domain and these could have ended in minutes.
