One area blockchain can be valuable is in Real estate rentals and acquisitions. I come from from a place where there is an exorbitant fee placed on assets by agents. Apart from the normal house fees charged by landlords, agents milk people by placing huge fees on services rendered. The consultation fee has gone beyond just being a consultation fee, it now looks as if one is paying double of an asset they are acquiring. With the use of blockchain technology, landlords could put up property's up for purchase or rent eliminating the unnecessary rampage by middle men. People can now easily pay with tokens that can interchangeably be converted to fiat This can only happen through the blockchain as every party benefits and charges are reduced and maximized. No middleman and extra charges and there will be a resultant increase in blockchain use and adoption.

We currently occupy a world where the word trust is almost an erroneous utterance. It is very hard for people to place such huge weight on others or even gods just because of what has happened over time. But Solomon, who was known to be very rich and influential said something really striking. These were his words in the book of proverbs. >Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5) A lot of us have encountered very many disappointments and experiences that left us sad. These experiences often make us depend upon ourselves and then, we are insufficient and cannot help us. The only route of escape is unlearning the wrong lessons and putting our trust in him who cannot fail and has never failed. As the heavens are far from the earth so is the wisdom of our dear lord and to that end, there is no iota of help that he cannot provide. There's also no weight of problem, he cannot solve. >“Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!” Romans 11:33 It is understandable if it's hard to trust him but it is one of the best decisions one can make in life. We should therefore endeavor to put down our plans and trust him completely. Trust opens door to the overflow of blessings. When you have trusted and believed then cry out to him. We can do this through prayers. Prayers are ways we hand over issues to him. We tell him we can no longer carry on. Take the stairs and starring, for we cannot do it alone. >“Evening, morning, and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice. ” (Psalm 55:17) The Bible has assured us he hears us. But first trust, then pray over it. It is not just about the two also, there is the place of sanity and righteousness. Evil and sin can also hinder our blessings from coming forth. The best thing to do is to avoid all appearances of evil. The lord abhors evil and we should also abhor it. He does not dwell in a heart that is filled with evil. >“Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.” (Proverbs 3:7) Our blessings are sure going to come if we combine the concept of trust with prayers and right living. The three work hand in hand for our blessings to manifest. If you are facing any challenges in life, you need to come back to the drawing board. Check the things you are not doing well and restructure your life to fit in and you will certainly have reasons to smile. God bless you.
